Role description

one% Nutrition is looking for anE-commerce Specialistto take end-to-end ownership of its major online commerce channels across Shopee and TikTok Shop / Tokopedia.

This is not purely a marketplace operations role.

The position owns the storefronts, promotional activity, affiliate and creator programs, advertising spend, and ultimately the revenue and margin generated from those channels.E-comm specialist

The role reports directly to the Founder and starts as a three-month contract-to-hire engagement, with conversion based on clear operating deliverables.

What you'll work on

Storefront Operations*
Own storefront execution across Shopee and TikTok Shop / Tokopedia
Manage listings, product content, imagery, bundles, and stock presentation
Maintain pricing and protect price integrity across platforms
Monitor account health, listing compliance, and platform service metrics
Coordinate with supply teams to keep availability aligned with demandE-comm specialist
Promotions & Platform Campaigns*
Build and manage campaign calendars across both platforms
Plan around payday, double-date, seasonal, and other major marketplace moments
Decide campaign participation, mechanics, and funding levels
Manage vouchers, bundles, and platform-funded programs

Qualifications

Hands-on experience operating e-commerce or marketplace channels such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia
Strong understanding of marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and pricing mechanics
Comfortable managing paid media and making budget allocation decisions based on performance
Experience working with affiliates, creators, or performance-based partnerships
Strong commercial awareness, especially around revenue, margin, cost of sale, and promotion economics
Comfortable working with SKU-level and channel-level performance data
Able to move between day-to-day execution and broader commercial decision-making
Strong ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer, F&B, health & wellness, beauty, or another high-frequency consumer category
Existing experience managing both Shopee and TikTok Shop / Tokopedia
Strong familiarity with affiliate-led commerce
Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial team where ownership is broad
Strong understanding of contribution margin and marketplace unit economics

Operator fit

Someone who wants toown e-commerce as a business, not simply administer marketplace accounts.
You should enjoy sitting at the intersection of storefront execution, performance marketing, promotions, creators, inventory, and commercial performance.
This is particularly relevant for someone who is comfortable being accountable for bothrevenue growth and margin quality, rather than optimizing vanity metrics in isolation.
