Role description

Sagala is looking for a Finance Manager to support the financial management of its growing multi-brand F&B business.

The role sits close to the day-to-day commercial realities of operating multiple brands, helping the company maintain financial visibility, control, and discipline as the business continues to scale.

This is a role for someone who sees finance as part of the operating engine of the business, not only as a reporting function.

What you'll work on

Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the business
Strengthen financial reporting and visibility across brands and operating activities
Work closely with business and operational teams to understand financial performance
Help identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial discipline
Support cash flow, budgeting, and financial control processes
Improve financial systems and routines as the company continues to grow
Translate financial performance into practical business insights for decision-making

Qualifications

Relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related function
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Comfortable working with financial data and business performance
Able to translate numbers into clear and practical business insights
Strong attention to detail and ownership
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer, retail, F&B, or hospitality
Exposure to multi-brand or multi-location businesses
Experience working closely with commercial and operational teams
